stamp sets - White Christmas, Antique Tags, Hardwood; ink - Whisper White Craft, Basic Gray, Tempting Turquoise, Soft Suede, Sahara Sand, Soft Sky; card stock - Whisper White, Tempting Turquoise, Sahara Sand; blender pen; punch - Bracket Label; Big Shot with Hearth & Home thinlits; dazzling details - silver; Stampin' sponge
A friend was going to borrow the White Christmas stamp set, so I decided I should use some of the leftover layering pieces from another Card Buffet kit to CASE some other sweet White Christmas cards before I got too involved with other projects. This one is from Buffy Cooper - I changed only the sentiment:
stamp sets - White Christmas, Christmas Bliss; ink - Basic Gray, Real Red, Soft Sky, Sahara Sand; Stampin' Write marker - Real Red; blender pen; Big Shot with Softly Falling embossing folder
This one is from Valerie Moody and again I really only changed the sentiment. My layer is a different size, because, you know, I had leftover layering pieces:
stamp sets - White Christmas, Jingle All the Way; ink - Basic Gray, Soft Sky, Delightful Dijon, Real Red; Stampin' Write marker - Delightful Dijon; blender pen
Just as I finished the last one, Tom requested my help with something. Then we ate lunch, and Nisha stopped by to pick up the stamp set. After lunch, we carried the Christmas tree and ornaments up from the basement and I spent the rest of the afternoon and evening decorating the tree and doing laundry. I forgot that the Nacho Average Challenge closes on Sundays, so no one there is going to see my fun take on their sketch. But I can console myself by linking up for Anything Goes at Christmas Chard Challenges.
