keeping up with Christmas adventures

Having discovered that I need more Christmas cards more quickly, I set myself a mini-challenge to see how many days in a row I can make a new card.  Tonight I decided to get one more done for the tic-tac-toe challenge at Jingle Belles; I've scored diagonally "punch - red or green - dry or heat embossing", or the right column "dry or heat embossing - ribbon - stamping".  I was using the Paper Players sketch, and I interpreted the diagonal lines as ribbon and the chevrons as bows, so this card fits in at SUO Challenges, too!

stamp sets - Christmas Collectibles, Petite Pairs; ink - Gumball Green, Versamark; Stampin' Emboss powder - Pewter; card stock - Gumball Green, Real Red, Velllum, Whisper White; bakers' twine - Cherry Cobbler; ribbon - 3/8' stitched Gumball Green, 1/4" stitched grosgrain Whisper White; punch - Christmss Ornament; Big Shot with Ovals framelits; Stampin' Dimensionals

The card I made yesterday when I invented my little mini-challenge doesn't qualify for any challenges, but it's pretty so I'll share it with you:
stamp sets - Festive Flurry, More Merry Messages; ink - Pool Party, Versamark; Stampin' Emboss powder - Silver; card stock - Brushed Silver, Coastal Cabana, Whisper White; designer series paper - Winter Frost; Big Shot with Festive Flurry Framelits; Stampin' Dimensionals

Realizing how many new cards I need gave my Pinterest browsing a focus point over the last several days, and it's pretty likely that this card is a CASE, but I don't have one pinned, so it could be a combination of ideas, or just the way the paper, stamp set and framelit coordinate...If it looks like yours (or a friend's), let me know, please!
