Christmas is for kids adventure part 2

Since I discovered that I need to make more Christmas cards more quickly than I had been, I made a second card for the Festive Friday kids' theme.  This time I used Amanda Corbet's awesome tutorial and made this sweet telescoping snowman:
stamp set - More Merry Messages, Festive Flurry, Patterned Pines (retired), Christmas Punch (retired), Berry Christmas (retired); ink - Marina Mist and Soft Sky classic, Whisper White craft; card stock - Whisper White, Marina Mist, Night of Navy, Basic Black Red Glimmer, Pumpkin Pie; punches - 2-1/2" Circle, Corner Rounder, Word Window; Big Shot with Scalloped Circle and 3-1/2" Circle dies, white brads (retired)
I changed a few things - I thought he needed a top hat and lumps of coal for eyes and mouth.  While I was snipping them out, I wondered how many kids know what lumps of coal look like?  When I was a kid, we used charcoal briquets.  I separated the layers of card stock for his nose and rolled one into a "carrot" and debated about the corn cob pipe, too.

I made 80 cards just like this (with photos on the belly) for a friend to send out a couple of years ago! It's such a great design and always gets a WOW! from the recipient! Love the tone-on-tone snowflakes and the coal shaped eyes and mouth! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Festive Friday!
