Paper Players offered a color combination this week that's challenging for me, since I'm not fond of Lucky Limeade and I dislike pink in pretty much any shade, but I found a sketch at another Christmas card challenge blog, Festive Friday, and thought I could put Lesley's happy colors together for a festive card with a retro feel:

In spite of my poor macro photography skills, and my dislike of pink, I like it  :)  Unfortunately, I didn't account for the time difference between here and Australia, so you won't find my card linked at Festive Friday this week.

I also made a new card for Merry Monday - I wanted to make it early so the week didn't slip away from me again.  Also, I just hadn't had enough of the Jingle Belles' music theme, but alas, I'm late for that challenge, also:

 I really like this one.  I wish I'd used and loved Christmas Collage a little more when it was still available, but I felt it seemed to have somewhat limited application.  I've signed up for Online Card Classes Stretch Your Stamps in July; collage stamps are one of the types of stamps they'll be teaching us to use in "five different  innovative" ways, so maybe I'll feel differently next month!
