Six or seven years ago this technique was really popular; it seems to be enjoying a resurgence recently. One of my customers requested it for Card Buffet so she could see it done rather than trying to figure it out, and I'm happy to help! I find it easiest with a floral design, so the colors for this week's Color Throwdown seemed made for it:
stamp set - Flourishing Phrases; ink - Daffodil Delight, Granny Apple Green, Highland Heather, Smoky Slate; card stock - Whisper White, Granny Apple Green
These spring-like colors are among my favorites right now - I found that I have them set aside for three different upcoming project events this week
