a pair of sketch adventures

Sketches make card making easier for those of us who otherwise rely on Copy And Share Everything, since the design work is already done.  This week I found a great sketch at Atlantic Hearts that I used for more of the new paper and stamp sets that were waiting for me:
stamp set - Painted Harvest; ink - Early Espresso; card stock - Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, Daffodil Delight, Very Vanilla; designer series paper - Painted Autumn; Big Shot with Layered Leaves embossing folder and Stitched Shapes framelits

I originally planned to offer this card as a Card Buffet choice, but I'm not mentally ready for fall and Thanksgiving, yet.  Maybe next month I'll be better prepared.  I can handle Halloween, though, so I used the Try Stampin' On Tuesday challenge #339 for this one:
stamp set - Merry Café; ink - Early Espresso; card stock - Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie; designer series paper - Coffee Break; Big Shot with Coffee Cups framelits; Linen Thread; Stampin' Sponge
