stamp set - Lucky Elephant; ink - Sweet Sugarplum, Versamark; card sock - So Saffron, Bermuda Bay, Sweet Sugarplum; washi tape - Playful Palette
Our second "G" today is gifts, or presents, for the current Jingle Belles challenge. I was really hoping to make at least one Christmas card every week, but I missed last week due to my crazy January schedule, and I almost forgot about this prompt. When I saw the gifts in the photo inspiration at Christmas Card Challenges, I remembered, and had the perfect colors, too:
stamp set - Santa's Sleigh; ink - archival Basic Black; card stock - Real Red, Whisper White, Gold Foil; Big Shot with Layering Ovals, Stitched Shapes, and Santa's Sleigh framelits
Great good luck card Kathe. That's such a wonderful Elephant image. Glad you joined us at the Watercooler for this week's colour challenge.
ReplyDeleteKathe, I love that elephant stamp. This is a great way to use it with the Challenge colours! Thanks for playing along with the Watercooler!
ReplyDeleteOh my, Kathe, what a perfect use of that Elephant stamp! I love the way you've layered Jean's colours and have stamped on the Bermuda Bay and Sweet Sugarplum cardstocks with their matching inks. I agree that this card really didn't need any neutrals to be complete. It is just right exactly as is. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteI love that pop of gold! Pretty Christmas card! Thanks for linking up your project with us at Christmas Card Challenges.
