stamp sets - Designer Tee (Sale-a-Bration), Lift Me Up; ink - Island Indigo, Versamark, Watermelon Wonder; card stock - Flirty Flamingo, Watermelon Wonder, Island Indigo, So Saffron, Whisper White; Big Shot with Swirly Scribbles and Sunshine Wishes thinlits and Layering Ovals framelits
Here is the inside - I think this stamp set was just *meant for* the sliding reveal:
To give you an idea of the sliding reveal, with the card half open here, you can see the Watermelon panel almost completely covering the white piece that shows through the front:
It's more obvious in the video, and Julie's demonstration really made it easy - give it a try! One thing Julie didn't mention is that you may think you the 1/4" folded piece on the card back would be easier to work with if it were bigger, but then it would interfere with the sliding panel when the card is opened fully.
This is such a cute and fun card Kathe! I love how you've created a train track and scene for your cute train card. The slide and flip card combination is so clever and is sure to bring hours of fun to your recipient. I haven't seen this type of card before and now want to try it, Thanks for sharing with us at Just Add Ink this week :-)
