At the Watercooler, Gail requested masculine cards, and I've made quite a few flowery feminine cards lately; I needed a break, and an excuse to test out my new dynamic (extra-deep) embossing folder. This time, I needed a color palette, and again went browsing through challenges - this one is from Create with Connie and Mary:
stamp set - Nailed It; ink - Smoky Slate; card stock - Whisper White, Emerald Envy, Crushed Curry; designer series paper - Party Animal; Big Shot with Hexagons Dynamic textured embossing folder
Both cards are wonderful, but especially love the simplicity of the masculine card! Thanks for playing along with the Create with Connie and Mary color challenge this week!

ReplyDeleteHi Kathe, what a great masculine card. I love the way you've used the products from the Urban Underground Suite. The texture of the Hexagons EF makes the perfect background for those stamped tools. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteI love the Nailed It set because it's so much fun to craft with. Your card shows off the tools beautifully and I really like the warm colours. Great masculine card. Thanks for joining us at the Watercooler Wednesday challenge this week.
