stamp set - Remembering Your Birthday; ink - Watermelon Wonder; card stock - Blushing Bide, Pear Pizzazz, So Saffron, Watermelon Wonder, Whisper White; Big Shot with Party Pop-up thinlits and Confetti embossing folder
How fun is that? It still needs something else on the inside, but I haven't decide what. Or, I use it for a card from a group, and there will be plenty of room for notes and signatures...
Hi Kathe, what a great looking birthday card! Using the Confetti embossing folder on the Blushing Bride and then centering the wonderful die-cut birthday cake in the empty area, brilliant. Especially since you used the rest of the challenge colours on that cake. Love the inside as well. You've left a nice amount of room for writing even though you have that pop-up die-cut in the centre, but I think your idea of having it as a group card is spot on. Thanks so much for joining our Watercooler Wednesday Challenge this week.
ReplyDeleteGreat birthday card Kath. I really like how you used the colour challenge colours with the party pop up. Looks so festive!

ReplyDeleteKathe, that die is a great way to highlight the challenge colours. It looks great paired with the embosssing folder. It makes a very balanced card. Thanks for joining this week's Watercooler Challenge.
