change of plan adventure

stamp set - Crazy about You; ink - Mossy Meadow; card stock - Crushed Curry, Old Olive; designer series paper - Botanical Gardens; Big Shot with Project Life® Cards & Labels framelits and Delicate Dots embossing folder

I'm trying to freshen up my card display, and make Card Buffet samples, before the last minute this month.  The plan I started with for this card was to use designer series paper cut small enough to get a minimum of nine cards from each 12x12 sheet and make a Mother's Day Card.  I chose the designer series paper because it's floral but NOT pastel.  I can't be the only mother who doesn't really like pastels, right?  I had the focal point matted and mounted in the center, the usual way, then went looking for a suitable stamp set, and from that, a shape for the sentiment.  Once I laid the sentiment on, I realized it was almost the same layout as the Freshly Made sketch.  I couldn't resist making the change - I used my handy heat tool to soften the adhesive, and moved the focal point.
