I'm always thankful, when I'm stamping, but I'm not always satisfied. This card is an attempt at the old Rock & Roll technique using the colors from Hand Stamped Sentiments:
stamp sets - Six Sayings (hostess), Wondrous Wreath; ink - Hello Honey, Tangelo Twist, Cajun Craze; card stock - Hello Honey, Very Vanilla, Tangelo Twist; Big Shot with Wonderful Wreath framelits
I've never been satisfied with my Rock & Roll results, I can always see straight lines from the second ink pad that I rock/roll the image on after inking with the lighter color.
Next, I attempted Clean And Simple using the colors from CAS Colours & Sketches and the sketch from CAS(E) this sketch:
stamp sets - Vintage Leaves, Six Sayings (hostess); ink - Pumpkin Pie, Tangerine Tango, Real Red; card stock - Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla, Real Red; Big Shot with Leaflets framelits
Is it Clean And Simple? I'm not sure I'm a good judge. It was fairly simple to stamp - I didn't even break out the Stamp-a-majig, just lined up the sentiments by eye - but it doesn't have much "white space". I like the interplay of the swirls in the font, a lot.

Pretty, pretty cards! I love your rock and roll wreath! Thanks for playing along at Hand Stamped Sentiments!
Fab use of the rock n roll technique. It really gives an autumnal feel with this stamp. Thanks for playing along with HSS.
Such a fabulous font on your thankful stamp and I love how you've repeated it down your card. Thanks for playing at CC&S.
Kathe - these are gorgeous! I think your rock & roll looks wonderful. And the CAS is beautiful. (I think it qualifies as CAS. But since I'm a huge fan of ripping, sponging, and crumpling, I'm not sure my opinion counts!) Great job!
These are both beautiful! I especially love your take on the CTS Sketch!
Your wreath turned out great! I love the color fades and blending. Thanks for playing at HSS!
Great job with the rock - n - roll technique! Your wreath is fabulous. Thanks for playing with us at HSS.
You have two great autumnal cards here. I too like how the swirls in the sentiment mingle together on the second card. Thanks for sharing it with us at CC&S!
Your interpretation of the CTS sketch combined with our colours is lovely. Thanks for joining us at CC&S this week. Stef x
