blue Christmas adventure

Once again the CASE-ing Christmas team has provided an inspirational card I loved, and we all know CASE-ing is my favorite technique!  I waited for my pre-ordered Holiday catalog items to arrive and then got busy:
stamp sets - Holly Jolly Greatings, Flurry of Wishes, Everything Eleanor; ink - Island Indigo, Versamark; Stampin' emboss powder - Clear, Gold; card stock - Island Indigo, Very Vanilla; designer series paper - Home for Christmas; Typeset; punch - Snow Flurry; trims - Venetian Crochet, Gold Sequin

On Steph's original, I loved the script + swirls background, the printed vanilla snowflakes, the lacy layered side strip, the layout; pretty much everything but the color (which I do like, just don't love).  I decided on something a little more outdoor wintry for the color; all of the other substitutes are just what I have on hand.  I wished my snowflakes were a little lacier after I punched them out, so I went back and stamped some of the punched pieces - not the order in which I would recommend proceeding ;)
