stamp sets - Good Greetings (retired), Watercolor Winter (retired); ink - Versamark; Stampin' Emboss powder - Gold; card stock - Early Espresso, Wild Wasabi, Real Red; designer series paper - Berry Bouquet (retired); punches - 1" circle, 7/8" scallop circle
I finished the card just after the Merry Monday link-up closed, so I decided to hold off on posting it since the Jingle Belles link-up is open until Wednesday, and so is The Friday Mashup! challenge to use retired/retiring/forgotten stamp. Foolishly, I thought I'd have time to make another card before then. I came to my senses this evening when I remembered that I have a houseguest for the week and plans for tomorrow evening. One card may be all for the week from me; I have two packages of bees arriving Saturday and need to get the foundation comb installed in the frames before then! I'm excited after a year and half of no bees to get back into my beekeeping adventures.

Hi KatheD, I'll be coming back to hear more about your bee-keeping adventures. In the meantime, I love your card. Those pine cones are just perfect---I doubt I'll ever get rid of the set. It looks perfect combined with your Designer Paper. Thanks so much for joining us for this week's Friday Mashup.
oh wow, what a bright and festive version of stephanie's sketch AND the merry monday theme AND a great "retrieval" of a seemingly lost stamp! big points on all of the above and extra points for being by far the most talented beekeeping cardmaker of my acquaintance!!! :) :) :) thanks for joining our sketchy fun at JINGLE BELLES, i always love to see what you will make! ♥
Lovely Christmas card, thanks for sharing with us at The Friday Mashup!
