stamp set: Endless Wishes; ink - Blackberry Bliss, Sahara Sand, Soft Sky; Stampin' Write marker - Soft Sky card stock - Soft Sky
In the spirit of non-traditional Christmas color schemes, I wanted to recreate the colors from the Christmas Chard Challenges inspiration photo, specifically because it includes pink. Most of you know I don't really like pink, but not only is it *the color* for Breast Cancer Awareness month, it also means that Stephanie and Lauren will be donating $4 to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for every card linked up at Jingle Belles that includes pink; how can I not like that? The design of this card is one I saw in the Stampin' Up!® demonstrators' magazine, Stampin' Success:
stamp set - Sassy Salutations; ink - Strawberry Slush; Stampin' Write marker - Rich Razzleberry; card stock - Very Vanilla, Wild Wasabi, Baked Brown Sugar; washi tape - Watercolor Wonder; punches - Scalloped Tag Topper, Confetti Stars; baker's twine - Metallic Gold

I think snowflakes are wonderful in any color....but the SR colors ARE beautiful this week! Thanks for sharing this with us and playing with my challenge this week at the Merry Monday!
Both cards are wonderful Kathe, but I love the CAS with the pretty snowflakes. Thank you for playing along this week with Merry Monday.
I do love the simplicity of your card. It would so easy to mass produce at Christmas. Thanks for joining us at Tis the Season!!

Terrific cards Kathe! The snowflakes are so pretty and soft, yet also look quite elegant!
I agree about the color pink, I dont care for it, but for the month of October I'll gladly celebrate it and all the beautiful women in my life who have been touched by cancer. It's awesome that Jingle Belles does this every year!
Thanks so much for playing along with us at 'Tis The Season!
Kathe, this is a great Christmas card! I love that it's CAS, but so elegant too. Thanks for playing with us at 'Tis the Season.

Great use of the colors, Kathe. Thanks for joining us at Christmas Card Challenges.
Those snowflakes are just adorable! And you are right, it's really a lot of fun to use non-traditional colors for christmas cards. It's a surprise for whoever gets the card and at least I won't be sick of red and green by december ;)
I love how you combined three challenges on the first card - it turned out beautifully. That snowflake set is a favorite of mine.
oh my gosh, no! how did i not know that you don't love pink under ordinary circumstances?! holy wow, missus, then that makes your cards EVEN more impressive and you receive meritorious commendation for using a color you'd rather avoid, lol! thanks for "thinking pink" with us again at JINGLE BELLES in an awesome cause! ♥♥♥
Very nice!
What a fun tag card ... so glad you went PINK for a cause with us at Jingle Belles.
Beautiful card for LIM .... love those snowflakes! xx
I thought of snowflakes when I saw this sketch, too! I also like the colors for the sketch. Nice job!
