card stock - Basic Black, Real Red, Silver Glimmer; punches - Curly Label, large oval, extra-large oval; Simply Scored
If I could remember where I found the video tutorial, I'd gladly share it with you. It wasn't a Santa mug, but the belt and buckle were ideas I've seen on other projects. You can see some of them here and here on my Pinterest boards.
I remembered that I had told Tom not to send the Christmas gift card he was ordering directly to the intended recipient, but to have it delivered here so I could provide a festive way to present it. So I made a few samples:
card stock - Basic Black, Real Red, Silver Glimmer, Whisper White; punch - Curly Label; Big Shot with Adorning Accents edgelit; Stampin' Dimensionals
stamp sets - Delightful Dozen, Joyous Celebrations; ink - Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green; designer series paper - Snow Festival; cad stock - Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green, Whisper White; punches - 1-3/8" square, 1/2: circle, extra-large oval; Big Shot with Ovals Bigz die (retired); Stamp-a-majig, Stampin' Dimensionals
The tutorial for this is on Splitcoast Stampers. (You may need a free membership to view the tutorials in the resource section.) I made the pop-up pieces smaller and left off the belly band.
stamp sets- Chock-Full of Cheer, Scentsational Season; ink - Craft White, Real Red; Stampin' Emboss powder - Peppermint Sticks (not available); punch - 1/2" circle; Big Shot with Vintage Wallpaper embossing folder, Apothecary Accents and Holiday Collection framelits
After all of that, it was time for dinner and then I needed some more sitting-down time, so I finished the book I'd been reading before I fell asleep. There was still another day...
