CAS(E) adventures

CAS(E) this sketch! is a new clean and simple card challenge blog that started up last month.  I've pinned some of their great sketches and probably some of the entries, too, but this is my first time actually completing a card during the week the sketch is current ;)
stamp sets - Snow Much Fun, Teeny Tiny Wishes; ink - Riding Hood Red; card stock - Crumb Cake, Riding Hood Red, Very Vanilla; punches - Large Oval, Scallop Trim border; Big Shot with Stripes textured impressions embossing folder; 7/8" natural cotton ribbon
I used a color combination from another challenge site, but that challenge has been closed for days, now.  I thought of using green for a more traditional color combination, but I thought a more subtle combination would be more in line with the clean and simple design.

For the next card (a CASE of this card), I used another subtle combination, from the current challenge at Dynamic Duos
stamp set - Perfect Punches; ink - Cherry Cobbler; card stock - Cherry Cobbler, Sahara Sand, Very Vanilla; designer series paper - Festival of Prints; punches - 1-3/8" square, 1-3/4" scallop circle; Big Shot with Perfect Pennants Bigz L die and Delicate Designs textured impressions embossing folder

That embossed backround panel is perfect for this card. I love the designer paper you've chosen (I used the same on my card...great minds think alike)! Thanks for joining us at Dynamics Duos this week!
