a bright adventure

I mentioned "florals in rich colors" the other day, didn't I?  Specifically, I wanted to see this stamp set - Bordering on Romance - in something other than Baja Breeze and Blushing Bride.  Don't get me wrong, I love that the stamp set matches the designer series paper Twitterpated, and I like the color combination, which also includes Island Indigo, Riding Hood Red, Pear Pizzazz, Basic Gray and Whisper White.  I just kept thinking, wouldn't it be fun with bright colors?  I finally realized I could just take matters into my own hands:
stamp sets - Bordering on Romance, Petite Pairs; ink - Certainly Celery, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Pumpkin Pie; Stampin' Write marker - Daffodil Delight; card stock - Certainly Celery, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie, Very Vanilla; Big Shot with Matchbox die and Adorning Accents edgelit; Stampin' Dimensionals, blender pen

Of course I had a great sketch to get me started, ESS156 from Eat, Sleep, Stamp:
I would urge you to play along and link up your creations, but I waited until the last minute to post mine.  Look for another great sketch tomorrow and we can all play!
